Boot Camp

Although they aren’t quite as scary as they sound, boot camps are no place for slackers. During a class,  i will take you through a series of different exercises such as sprints, sit-ups, push-ups and squats – all designed to increase your heart rate and burn fat. You’ll also be guided through some strength exercises to tone your muscles – perfect for turning you into a lean, mean exercise machine. It’s hard work, but it’ll be worth it.

Bootcamp classes are usually held outdoors – so prepare to work hard in the open air, come rain or shine. It’s a good idea to turn up in comfortable clothing with a towel and some water, as you’re sure to get a bit hot and sweaty.

Boot camps are a great way to motivate yourself if you tend to find it hard to stick to an exercise regime. I will help you to achieve your goals, and the group environment encourages both support and friendly competition.
