Lichfield Fitness Centre running club invites all fitness levels and running abilities.
What will happen in the running session?
Once you have been running for about 5-8 minutes, and have performed some dynamic stretches, you will stop and begin that session’s activity. Sessions will include interval training, hill training, technique work – lengthening your stride, adjusting your foot plant, making the most of your arms – and of course stamina sessions, the stamina session will progress over a period of weeks.
